  1. How do I place my order? 
  1.  You can place your order online or by phone.  If placing a custom order, you should send your vector artwork to: sales@ctcorporategifts.com .    
  1. How long will it take to process my order? 
  1. Because we work with so many factories, delivery times vary.  Stock items are usually shipped from the factory with 24-48 hours.  During the busy holiday season, it may take a day or two longer.  Perishable items are generally shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.  For custom orders,  most will ship approximately 10-15 business days after you approve the proof.  Depending on the factory, your order could ship sooner. PLEASE NOTE: The amount of time it takes to produce and ship an order does not include weekend days. UPS and FEDEX do not normally deliver on weekends unless you specify a weekend delivery and are willing to pay the hefty surcharges.
  1. Is shipping included in the price of my order?
  1. Shipping charges are additional charges and are not included in the price of the goods you have ordered.  We can give you an approximate shipping cost when you place your order, but the exact shipping charges are not known until the day the order ships.  You will be charged for the shipping.
  1. What about shipping perishable goods? 
  1. If you order a Sugardale Ham, Chocolate or other perishable food, the weather and your locale will dictate the shipping method.  Sugardale Hams are shipped directly from their Ohio facility and are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.  They are shipped frozen and are shipped the most economical method available.  If you live in Florida or Arizona or in another warm climate, your Sugardale Ham will automatically be shipped 2 day air in order to guarantee the product.
  1. Why do I need a proof? 
  1. We require either a paper or electronic proof for all orders.  This ensures quality control and assures you that your order will be printed to your specifications.  When a proof is sent to you for approval, CAREFULLY review the entire proof, including the imprint colors, the item color, spelling, placement.  Any changes made once the proof has been approved may incur additional charges.  Approval of the proof is your authorization to proceed with production and that you have agreed to the imprint specifications.
  1. Can I get a rush order? 
  1. Yes, in most instances you can.  Most of our factories charge a surcharge, to cover additional costs to get your order done as a rush.  You are responsible for any rush surcharges and any expedited shipping charges
  1. What payment methods do you accept?
  1. We accept all major credit cards, certified funds and electronic payments.
